Lou Millinghausen, President . Lou is a second-generation insurance agent. Lou Millinghausen, Sr. began selling insurance in Flourtown during the 1950s and was very active in numerous Flourtown business groups. “Millinghausen” has been a household name in the area’s business community for several generations, and Lou has been proud to carry on this tradition for over 30 years.

Michael H. Dion, Account Executive. Michael began his insurance career in 1978 as an independent agent. Michael’s background in industrial real estate management provides valuable knowledge to his clients. He has been working with FMM since 1995 and has worked and lived in the five-county Philadelphia area for more than 40 years. Michael earned his CPCU designation in 1986.

Walter McNutt, Account Executive. A Wharton School of Business graduate, Walter has been working as an insurance agent in the Springfield area for most of his career. Originally, Walter owned his own insurance agency. He joined Fetterman and Millinghausen in 1989 with his brothers Connie and Jack — both of whom worked in their own agency.
